I try my best to make shipping as affordable as possible on both ends. This page contains information on options, pricing, timing, and the return/exchange process.

Local Shipping + Delivery
If you're in Ottawa, you have some special options. Lucky you!
Local options are as follows and illustrated in the high-quality map below:
FREE pickup in Alta Vista area;
FREE delivery in Zone A;
$5 delivery in Zone B.
Shipping can be expensive. At Oddball, I try my best to offer reasonable shipping prices to get my art into your hands.
Shipping prices depend on 2 things: type (which is the size), and region. Here's a breakdown on basic shipping prices (in CAD):
Canada & USA
Patches, stickers and postcards**
Small to medium-sized prints***
*International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. This is the customer's responsibility to cover.
**Shipping price counts once for every package of 30g or less on the order.
***Small to medium print size range from 5"x7" to 8"x12".
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. I am a one-woman business at the moment, but I will try my best to help you refund your product to original payment method, for store credit or do an exchange. Check the exceptions below.
Tell me what's wrong with what you received or explain why you're not satisfied. Start by contacting me via the form on the website or by email.
Let me know what you would like as a resolution:
Refund to original payment; or
Delivery On Me
If returning the product is part of the resolution, I will provide the shipping label. Make sure that the conditions below are met, and then bring your package to your local post office. I will notify you when I've received the return.
In order for me to accept a return or exchange request for full refund on original form of payment, you must have:
The product in its original state; and
Proof of payment.
Generally, I will not accept return or exchange requests on:
Discounted/sale items; or
Worn/used/damaged/dirty items (that did not arrive so).
